Category: About Me

Enjoy some moments I captured as I spent a weekend at home with my family (kind of the last one before I moved to Hamburg). It was filled with sun and rivers full of ice. We were throwing rocks like little kids and had a lot of fun together.

The first photo I’ve taken in my new room, which is really empty right now (though it was emptier at that moment).

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

After spending the grey and cold Monday evening in the cinema watching Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them I am quite obsessed. Obsessed because the film was … well FANTASTIC.

Really, I didn’t thought I would enjoy it as much as I did (hint: mating dance). Eddie Redmayne is a wonderful, wonderful Newt Scamander. Quirky and utterly magical. Oh, and the way he cares about his magical creatures. I think he’s my new favourite wizard. I can’t wait to see the next film (because there are going to be five (five!!!!!)).

We're going to recapture my creatures
before they get hurt.
They're currently in alien terrain
surrounded by millions of
the most vicious creatures
on the planet; humans.

Till the next film, I’m going to read the Screenplay, which is beautiful by the way. But sadly I have to wait until Christmas, because I’ve bought enough books for … a looot of weeks (and there’s no money left). So, till Christmas I’m watching funny and cute Fantastic Beasts/Eddie Redmayne videos. Here are some of my favourites:

If you’re quite obsessed with Eddie right now (like me), here are some really good films with him:
The Pillars of the Earth

My Week with Marilyn

The Theory of Everything

The Danish Girl

Les Misérables

Will we die, just a little?

Hamburg Adventure

I’ve been in Hamburg last week. It was only for a couple of days and it was the first time I travelled completely on my own. There were a lot of disasters, but overall it was super fun! I love doing things for the first time. It’s frightening, but it keeps the adventure flowing. Enjoy this photography post.

Fuck me, I thought.
I can do magic.
